I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 5-10 days for our team to process your order.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@christinemarieandco.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@christinemarieandco.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order cannot be canceled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.
How do I maintain my jewelry?
We encourage our customers to avoid excessive contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals as these will deteriorate the quality of the jewelry. This usually helps with preserving the life of your Christine Marie & Co. Jewelry. You can use a microfiber cloth to gently clean your items.
